RIGHTSTECH: THE MUSIC MODERNIZATION ACT IS LAW; NOW WHAT?
It was the most significant piece of copyright legislation passed in the U.S. since the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. But it will require the drafting of new regulations and major changes to how the industry operates to be put into practice. This panel will focus on the next steps to implementing the law and what remains to be done.
